    I worked at Scytl full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    This is a great industry to work in. Very exciting. You get to work on interesting and challending projects. Technology is interesting too.

    Cons

    The company is unlikely to survive. You will get divorced. Your life expectancy will decrease.

    Advice to Management

    Scytl managed to disprove Warren Bugget when he said: "Invest in businesses any idiot could run because someday one will.". Scytl founders picked the right industry, at the right time, had the right technology and talent. Yet, despite investments, the company failed to build a product, retains talent and now find itselfs on the verge of bankrupcy.     I worked at Scytl full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Benefits are good. Good health insurance, days off, that kind of thing.

    Cons

    - Does not pay bills (Most of their bills are overdue and threatening termination) - Does not pay contractors - Refuses to listen to employees - Micromanagmeent - Encourages hostile work environment - Actively lies to employees - Underpays and under-delivers - Crazy hours, upward of 14 hour days and no flex time.

    Advice to Management

    Turn the company around before it's too late.
