    the voting sector is extremely interesting, location, technology

    Cons

    very unprofessional workspace: awful management, many senior employees are "above the law" and do as they please, no processes, no organization whatsoever resulting in messy deliveries

    Advice to Management

    some of them should resign, do some serious cleaning up

    I worked at Scytl full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Benefits are good. Good health insurance, days off, that kind of thing.

    Cons

    - Does not pay bills (Most of their bills are overdue and threatening termination) - Does not pay contractors - Refuses to listen to employees - Micromanagmeent - Encourages hostile work environment - Actively lies to employees - Underpays and under-delivers - Crazy hours, upward of 14 hour days and no flex time.

    Advice to Management

    Turn the company around before it's too late.
