    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It's a great place to learn how a business is run
Good place to start before going somewhere else
    Meet a lot of people

    Cons

    Not enough money!!!
Management seems to think you are not worth the time
No meeting and nothing to push you to be better
Open 7 days a week and have to work weekends

    Advice to Management

In all honesty I think that a little more can be spared for the employees, I mean they make a lot on their personal equipment like craftsman and Kenmore and is there honestly a reason for such a small employee discount?
