Pros

package is high and for some employee it is good

    Pros

    Great bosses and awesome co-workers. They are very flexible with your schedule whether you are going to school or have other plans.

    Cons

    Pay is horrible and there are not many hrs except for holidays, usually. There may be an increase in hours during the summer, too. There also can be a lot of negative people working there who grumble about a lot of things, but that's to be expected in any job.

    Advice to Management

    Give the people who desire a pay raise a raise.

    I worked at Sears part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Worked with great people who worked hard to maintain a nice store. All of the employees worked hard to improve the store. Great manager who really cared about the associates.

    Cons

    Company is a pain especially about meeting standards on warranties, reward cards, and credit apps. They are always changing their minds on how they want stuff done. Pay employees very poorly and give almost no pay increases to employees.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees who do all of the hard work to make the company is what it is. Less pressure on people about warranties and credit card because customers don't want to be annoyed. Give me pay raises to the employees and managers instead of the executives who have no clue about what it takes to run a store witjh the necessary people and materials.
