I worked at Sears part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Fairly easy job with lots of down-time

Cons

The can be inflexible when it comes to work schedules and hours, they rely on a rotating weekly schedule even for part-time so it was difficult to balance a life with such irregular hours. They work you very hard and only pay minimum wage.

I worked at Sears part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Ability to receive one-on-one training and acknowledgement when quality in photography and sales improves.

    Cons

Lack of opportunity for advancement of pay or position promotion.

    Advice to Management

Give more product quality the sales rep can work with. With technology advancing rapidly, SPS needs to be one step ahead, If there were more backgrounds, props or editing tools customers would be willing to pay for the portraits.
