Great part time
Learn new skills without feeling overloaded

Little advancement
Not much there in terms of mentorship/training

    Large company with room for advancement

    High turn over in employees and management in some stores can make operations chaotic at times

    Advice to Management

    A dedicated internal investigation team that exist outside the store's chain of command, reporting to a corporate representative, will help streamline investigations and facilitate a faster flow of information and secure an investigations confidentiality.

    I worked at Sears full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great team enviorment.
    Junior Managment listens to workers.
    Focuses on couching workers and helping them become better.

    Cons

    Store manager was very tough on workers. She picked at every little thing.
    Some how there was a story on the news saying the store was closing and there was a sharp decrease in customers.
    Not enough ppl working at one time.
    Forced to work for free ( commission based but had to come in and move,things around the store. made workers feel worthless.

    Advice to Management

    Stop being negative make workers feel valued.
