I have been working at Sears part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

standard questions.. why do you want to work here? What days can you work? What needs to be done if a customer is rude to you? what positives things happen to make customers feel awesome and want to come back? Reg standard worksheet form of questions.

    Cons

Actual CON.. on a monday morning at 10am there was NO ONE IN Human Resources DEPT to even start a interview.. i had to find a employee to page someone who came in 15 minutes later!

    Advice to Management

please pay employees more and they won't leave to work at TARGET or other places that pay 2 dollars more for less rules and stress! & turn on the AC.. Sears stores are always really overheated as well as the stock rooms.
