I have been working at Sears part-time

    Pros

I loved working in the office. It was fast paced, but not overwhelming, challenging, but not too much. I felt like I had responsibility as an office associate.

    Cons

I hated being on the floor. I've been a merchandising associate and a cashier and those positions are awful. They never pay more than minimum wage and the pay has been frozen for a few years. I only made minimum as an office associate too.

I have been working at Sears full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

you work with good people. nice headquarters. Friends / faimoly evnts are reasonably frequent and can save you some money. You get flex Fridays in the Summer...very nice!!

    Cons

No real direction. Leadership constantly turning over. No consistency in direction due to the turn. No 401K, few/little pay increases, healthcare is way to expensive for what you get.
