I have been working at Sears full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There are absolutely no benefits to working at this company. most years associates go without raises and it has been seven years for myself. They promise a bonus payout for those who make their goals. The problem with that is that the goal are set so high that Ihave never seen one.

    Cons

I have not recieved a raise in 7 years as a store manager. Starting pay is now above what I am making

    Advice to Management

Instead of having District Footwear Managers let the store Operation District Managers cover the whole 8 counters. It is very unnessasary to pay a Footwear DM to do a job that the regular District Manager can cover. The salaries can be feed back into the profit of the overall department.
