I worked at Sears full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Friendly co-workers, 50% of the managers are pretty cool, commission is pretty good if you work hard, unless you plan on making this your ultimate career it's a pretty decent short-term job

Cons

Management is constantly changing, new protocols that don't make sense, supervisors constantly on your back to sell products, there is also a TON of POLITICS!!!

Advice to Management

Hire better managers!

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Managers should make employees feel cared about and maybe they will get better performance from them. All the manages stress is credit, credit, credit. If you're not getting credits then you are made to be felt irrelevant. They don't care about how much work you put into the up-keeping of the establishment or how great you are with keeping the customers happy. Credit is the only thing that they care about and if you don't get them you are treated differently.
