I worked at Sears part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It gave me money handling and customer service experience.

    Cons

I was under-payed for the work I did, it was severely understaffed, and there were various health hazards around the store.

    Advice to Management

Pay people better and treat them better if you want them to stay.

I have been working at Sears part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pretty good discount, 20% off of softlines and 10% off of hardlines.

    Cons

Sears is a dying company, I don't get very many hours. Lucky if I get 15 a week with open availability.

    Advice to Management

Do not hire more people than you can handle profit-wise.
