    Pros

    Some good coworkers, used position as a "stepping stone" to further career.

    Cons

    High turnover and long employment process means lack of associates. Poor management and low pay gives associates a "don't care" attitude. Outdated facilities and nonfunctioning equipment frustrating for customers and associates. Expected to meet unrealistic credit app. and reward card goals.

    Advice to Management

    Don't treat the auto center as if it is another dept. of the store, it is NOT retail. We are here to service customers vehicles, that should be the no. 1 priority. Being shortstaffed we don't always have time to push unwanted credit and SYWR cards. More automotive advertising and shorten the employment process. BETTER PAY to attract and retain quality employees.
