Pros

Certain very friendly coworkers. But that is about all you can get out of it, as everything else is very uninspired.

Cons

About everything else. No compensation for hard work. Acknowledgements of success come few and far between.

Highest echelon of management is out of touch with the needs of it's workforce.

Advice to Management

Promote from within. Restructure, remove either Sears or Kmart moniker and create one high quality brand and shopping experience. Driven by compensation to all levels of employees.

    I worked at Sears full-time

    Pros

Up and coming company.......having just recently split from Sears (SHC) As in most companies, you have to be able to adjust accordingly. Some days are more stressful than others, but welcome to life!

    Cons

It might take a while for SHO to get it together but should be a good place to be.

    Advice to Management

    Hang in there!
