I have been working at Sears part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great diversity of people to work with

    Cons

Border line harrashment in approach to retreive customers personal information

    Advice to Management

Should focus more on making Sears a more pleasent place for people to shop by keeping employee moral up. Should also consider bringing back cashiers for a quicker checkout, and hire managers who respect their team members. Not speaking for all sears Managers because some are great but some really do not know what to say out of their mouths, or understand the concept of retaining talent. I foresee a major talent flip for the Sears that I work for in the next few months. Due to morale being at the lowest point that I have seen since I started.
