I have been working at Sears part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employees are great to work with and are usually friendly sometimes. It just depends on the people that get hired really.

    Cons

Management is terrible. All they do is sit on their butts upstairs in HR and not do anything. Then when they come down they yell at you for not getting anything done even though the place is way understaffed for the size of the store. Sometimes there will be only 2 people in the entire men''s department and the managers expect a lot out an employee for just $8. And there is no chance at all to get a raise. I've worked there for 2 years and never once got a raise. If you can avoid this place at all costs.

    Advice to Management

Management just needs to be completely replaced. They are completely useless in all regards.
