I worked at Seattle Athletic Club part-time

    Pros

    Low key, Easy, convenient,

    Cons

The gym needs a major face lift. Old smelly locker rooms! Needs fresh blood and new ideas. It's a "sticky" place...

    Advice to Management

Allow employees to decide wether or not to work club functions such as xmas party, staff barbe que and club closure...being forced and threatened to work these so called "fun events" builds resentment". It could be fun if one is allowed to make that decision for themselves...
