    Pros

    from a sales perspective - great group of sellers willing to help and share their success and failures with on-boarding members. Genuinely a fun group to sell with.

    Cons

    As a startup - getting up to speed with the selling technical stack my be a challenge..but you'll get there. Other than that...nothing else is a concern.

    Pros

    My experience has been that SCW maintains a strong culture that puts *actions* behind words. They have worked hard to maintain the culture and values as the company aggressively scaled and reacted to the pandemic. A positive and healthy Work/Life balance is encouraged and exemplified by leadership; employees are expected to take time for themselves as vacation or PTO, and there are many ways in which the organization supports flexibility and understanding to ensure employees are happy and healthy. Benefits are excellent, compensation is inline with industry/location/role, management has positive attitude, and teams work with each other in a collaborative fashion that helps everyone succeed. The organization is invested in the success of all teams, and frequently leverages new technology or strategies to improve outcomes.

    Cons

    Communication can be a challenge for an international organization spread across so many diverse locations, but this is an issue of logistics more than anything else. This is not unique to SCW, and is an issue with any organization moving from "start up" to "scale up" in my experience. But this challenge is not being ignored, and in the time I've worked here the EMT has made great strides toward improving communication from the top down, as well as across departments, offices, and cultures.
