I worked at SecureWorks full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great minds and exposure to technology. Options to move to other departments or be promoted. Diverse staff with a lot of passion for what they do.

Cons

Drop in service to clients since Dell acquisition. High pressure working environment and lack of resources provided to complete jobs and meet expectations.

Advice to Management

Stop looking at the books and be realistic with your expectations placed on support staff.

    comfortable, easygoing work environment; friendly and knowledgeable coworkers; stable job and income; telling people you work for Dell; free coffee

    Cons

    excessive and overwhelming use of email; some internal workflows can be overly time-consuming; lack of focus on UI design and user experience

    I worked at SecureWorks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Cute little office. Commission paid on time each month

    Cons

    What's not to dislike. This place is not for everyone and you will know within a month whether it's for you or not. Very process driven department. "This is the way that I did it when I was on the phone 5 years ago" type of mentality.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of mid level inside sales managers and start over with folks that have an inside SALES mindset and not a lead generation mentality. Consider thinking out of the box. How about thinking strategically not tactically for a change.
