I worked at Select Staffing full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You'll gain great experience because Select somehow manages to manipulate top notch people to work for them. You'll network with powerful people to further your career.

    Cons

This company will suck the life out of you. They will work you all hours of the day/night and expect more from you than any other company. They will trick you to think you are an important asset then fire you without warning for no apparent reason. You will just be a #, profitable or not, and they will use you until they don't need you anymore.

    Advice to Management

Learn about progressive discipline. Treat your loyal employees like people. Burn the Magic Lamp and open your eyes to the fact that your employees are smart, educated, and capable. They have families and lives outside of Select and shouldn't be forced to neglect them for you.
