Pros
Select Data had a friendly work environment while I was there and encouraged growth from within the company. I also enjoyed the relative freedom of thinking and client first based thinking.
Cons
Select Data had a very fluctuating amount of client work and this caused staffing issues to be a constant thought. I enjoyed the challenge and would gladly work there again if I was still in the area.
