Pros

Self-Helpers is serious about their mission to uphold economic opportunity and justice for all, especially those without the resources to defend themselves. as an organization, Self-Help is generally flexible with respect to work-life balance. Self-Help is led by a very fine CEO and founder.

Cons

Self-Helpers can be very affected in their display progressive-liberal ideology, uptight in their conformity, prejudicial of non-conformity and insincere in their promulgation of "diversity."

Advice to Management

Make sure that all layers of management treat all employees with the same fairness, compassion and understanding directed to member communities. Let not any manager or layer of management single out or mistreat an employee based on their own prejudicial, abstract or purely visceral convictions.
