      Pros

SPS is just a great atmosphere to work in. They are forward-thinking with some real A players in each position. I have been with them since they started at one position or another and plan to be working here for years to come. One of the things that I find most appealing is that we are all looking out for each other and helping each other advance and improve. There are no office politics that I have found in other companies. The company itself is growing fast and that means room each person also has room to grow in their roles. They also have some great benefits that are outside the normal, things to help keep their employees feeling good and moving forward. There is a companywide push for each person to improve both with business skills and with personal development, and there are opportunities provided for both. Because the company is pretty much all online you can work from home and still interact with people from all over the world

      Cons

Due to the fact that the company is all online you do not get to interact in person with your coworkers as often, although they do have quarterly off-site meetings

        Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for training, learning, and engaging with others in the company so that I can understand different pieces of the puzzle and assist in pushing towards helping authors publish books.

        Cons

Sometimes the workload can be a lot as we scale up, but I think that has a lot to do with being a start-up and learning as we go. The managers are always ready to hire more staff as we continue to gain more and more authors in our community.

          Pros

          - The work culture is extremely positive. - There is friendly competition. - The company respects your time off and provides a good work/life balance. - People at Selfpublishing.com don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. - They care about their employees, about their clients, about doing the right thing.

          Cons

There aren't any cons that I have found in working for this company. They show respect for their employees, and appreciate their hard work.

I have an interview tomorrow where I get to ask questions to the interviewers. I usually ask questions like “how long have you worked here” “what’s your fav thing about working here” along with the obvious “what would be your expectations of me and how do you measure it” any other good ideas for questions?
