Decent benefits, Kind staff. Good food

Management would reduce hours out of nowhere and micromanage

Not a hard job to perform and is an entry level position and the back of house staff and other servers are kind

It was good money when it was warm outside and people walking by on cary would stop by but when it got cold outside we made $50 a day on a good day as servers. They also interview you for a server and then start you out as a host which is less money with no guarantee you will be moved to server. There was also some discriminitory behavior towards a few people that worked there. Multiple women were abruptly fired or demoted after having bad experiences with the bar tender. This was in 2023 so hopefully things have changed now.
