Pros
Work hour flexibility. Some really cool products
Cons
Higher management loves kicking problems down the road and laying people off instead of focusing on actually delivering working products to sustain us in the future. Its clear the company is now run by accountants instead of engineers. Its impossible to get the resources needed on a program to be successful. Most of the newer EV projects are set up for years of failure. Having 4-5 voluntary or forced layoff cycles in 5 years is a real bad look as the headquarters site in Attleboro site dwindles away to nothing. Some would say it looks like they are trying to phase the site out entirely. Which based on the track record of shutting down other companies and sites would not be a big surprise. The amount of knowledge we have lost by cutting staff over the last few years has been pretty astounding. Summary: Short term profits are more important than sustained well being.
