There are some really talented and helpful people throughout the company.
Cons
No matter how proactive you are, you can ultimately be blamed for things behind closed doors. Additionally, leadership is either micromanaging or total disengaged. Finally, there is no strategy for executing strategy for projects. It is worthy to note that they foster an environment of cancel culture like no other company that I’ve seen. The option of a select few can make or break your career. Unfortunately, you could be good and productive today and add no value to the company next week.
