Company is always looking for creative ways to improve culture and satisfaction of employees. Lots of company events, from summer picnics to holiday parties, and even small, silly things like an all-day game of "capture the flag" to celebrate National Recess Day. Company committed to giving back to local communities. Has lots of company volunteer events, and also give employees 8 hours/year of "volunteer time off" to do their own volunteering. Summer hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day when employees get to leave work at 2PM on Fridays (without using PTO or making up the time)!
Cons
Flex time is not an option in many departments, so in their effort to be fair to everyone, they don't offer it at all. They are looking into creative ways to start to incorporate it.
