I have been working at Serco, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere, little micromanagement, flexibility

    Cons

Illogical decisions, outdated software, constant rules changes, relatively low pay, can be chaotic

    Advice to Management

There needs to be better long-term planning, and stronger leadership at the top. The company mission, working for the US Military is important, but the poor decisions, outdated methodology, and lack of leadership make for a challenge.

I worked at Serco, Inc. full-time

    Pros

Working with a diverse clientele. Loved helping the service members with career transition.

    Cons

A lot of work and very little pay. Not a lot of appreciation for hard working employees. No career progression unless you are near the home office in VA.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at the high turnover rate and make changes in pay and also take a look at the managers whom have these high turnovers.
