School type structure, they are creating Education software along with a school atmosphere, for a single pen, notebook, water bottle every person has to make an entry, you are not allowed to go outside the office and if wants to, so take the permission in advance also you have to make an entry in their out office register. They sing stupid random songs on every Monday,don't know why also management observes who is not singing, no respect for senior members, BOND is there for everyone. Management will track your each and every tiny activities, in my whole career saw this first company doing this type of things, even the time spent in washroom they track. Strict half hour lunch i,e, sharp 30 minutes and a very long 10 minutes break. This is the only time in which employers can go outside. Most important things is that they schedule the interviews during this time only so that the peoples coming for interview will have a good impression!! Seriously... You are not allowed to Surf internet, not allowed to talk on phone. Don't believe with the above, go and be there for 2 months and you yourself will realise..
