    Pros

    It is very easy to get a job because of high turnover. If you like or need overtime, it is always available or required.

    Cons

    The company has a culture of anger and mistrust. The turnover rate is high. Constant overtime because of staffing issues

    Have a high turnover, so positions are always available

    Cons

    Service Link expects their employees to work 10 hour days, eat lunch at your desk and work weekends. Their employees are constantly talking about quitting and complain constantly

    Advice to Management

    Take notice of the high turnover, constantly having to hire new employees is not cost effective.
