    Pros

    ServiceMax has great customers, great employees and great products.

    Cons

    Has become far too political and has lost focus. More focused on social justice then anything else. DE & I is only about BLM and LGBTSQ+2. Outside of California, other employees are questioning the direction with all the political pandering. Neil, just stop - please.

    The Hours are really good

    Cons

    No overtime & Holiday pay at least for part timers. They dont like to purchase supplies needed for the job, nor do they like to give raises.!

    Frontline staff and HR department were wonderful to work with.

    Leadership team is full of unprofessional and dishonest people who lack any real leadership skills or any real knowledge about janitorial work.
