great pay and lots of opportunity for growth

There are none that I can think of

-regular pay increases -great coworkers and environment -clear work goals -rarely run out of work to do -hard work is rewarded

The only con comes from the higher level managers. One in particular really puts the "baby" in the term "baby boomer." Had friends get in trouble with him for talking to HR (illegal), fired for getting injured from an accident at work (illegal), and fired for taking protected medical leave (illegal). This man is a walking liability dispenser, and it's honestly surprising that he has not gotten the company into serious trouble yet.
