Lack of effective and professional communication between Regional Directors/Administrators and field employees. Lack of harmonious communication/synchronization among Regional Directors + Nursing Directors + HR in terms operations, cohesive actions, and service deliveries. They don't value key/great employees. The pay could be more competitive. Not too much room for growth. Medical insurance is very expensive. No tuition reimbursement. Poor training. High level of staff turnover
