1) The kids and families 2) Autonomy for the most part 3) I never have to set foot in a Sevita office. I complete paperwork from home and submit it electronically 4) they give pretty good swag on your anniversary date ( but no annual raise)
Cons
1) I was hired at a combined hourly rate ( billable rate / non billable rate average) at $37.50 per hour. Jan 2021 they cut rates to combined rate of $24, 62. The pay rate for non billable is just above minimum wage and approximately half of the hourly wage paid to work at McDonald's.
2) No raises or salary increases ( only the one $13 per hour decrease) despite insurance and Medicare/ medicaid reimbursement rates increasing. Their financial prospectus just prior to Sevita's recent " juggling" of ownership and renaming themselves "Sevits" estimated an annual gross profit that when divided by the number of employees nationwide, was equivalent to over $500,000 / HALF A MILLION DOLLARS per employee. They can afford to pay a higher rate to hourly employees.
3) Administrative/ salaried/ bonus ( profit sharing) awarded staff are for the most part unsupported and mostly complain about clinical staff and front line/ direct service staff " behind their backs"
4) No continuing education ( ceu ) opportunities offered that can be applied towards license renewal.
5) no pto/ vacation/ sick time for part time employees no matter how long they have worked for the company
6) significant turn over of front line and clinical staff.
Co-workers and purpose of why we do what we do. Full Remote.
Cons
Workload and quantity of requisitions with highest being 200 plus per recruiter. Low Pay, no raises, no phone provided or stipend given. Sadly what was once an amazing place to work has gone downhill in 3 short months due to new management in TA making multiple changes in Talent Aquisition not for the better. Most recruiters have or are about to leave, due to changes made that have created hostility, confusion creating a hostile environment with morale at an all time low.
