Pros
One day you may get email tomorrow onwards don't come to office, no explanation, no support, no respect of our pervious hard work and and contribution. Even manager and HR won't speak to you but email states clearly that " not because of our performance " so HR can call and inform properly instead of just send emails. Very poor HR as well.
Cons
Get experience yourself, don't consider for longer period, just change your job.
