    Increasing work load, new job assignments added to excessive work load and poor training.

    Advice to Management

    Don’t over utilize the same group of employees, review and adjust work loads and make sure that you have the correct amount of employees to handle the job and truly be of service to your customers. Train on pertinent information and empliment processes once they are proven to work.

    Poor leadership. Micro managers at GM level.

    Advice to Management

    Assign quota and remove obstacles. Don’t micromanage your employees. No one appreciate to be treated like a child.
