Pros

You will have the opportunity to meet some nice and interesting people while working there. The compensation is good enough.

Cons

There doesnt seem to be much room for growth and the company is not expanding anymore. Not a great place for a career.

Advice to Management

They should be more involved with the people working on the factory floor. This would fix a lot of their problems.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The pay was great. Good Training. Good benefits. Education benefits.

    Cons

Poor Management, good ol boys club.
    Unexpected layoff.
No notice to hardest working, promotions went to the laziest people that sucked up to management.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should be evaluated by lower management. Most of the midline managers don't get the credit that upper management gets and they are the ones getting the work done.
