      Working EVERY weekend. Poor management for scheduling. You will give up your family life and social life to work for Shea homes.

      Working at a Resort Community.

      Cons

      Unhealthy work environment, bias and toxic management. Survey employees to see jow the feel and like working at Shea Homes’s without managers seeing reviews so I can be an anonymous.
