politics and slow decision making. mgd by consensus...

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Large range of opportunities due to the scale of the company. Varied roles and a good internal job posting and aplication system. Olympic swimming pool in the basement,

    Cons

Sometimes too big a company. Felt a little impersonal. A lot of stigma attached to the company and high regard held to those who had operated in difficult/unpopular/controversial country assignments. A lot of lip service paid to 'going green' but few significant moves within the business.

    Advice to Management

Sort out the 'green' message. Formula 1 team sponsorship and reducing fuel CO2 emissions do not make a consistent story.
