    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great opportunity to work in various locations / cultures. Shell offers average compensation, compared to the other "majors" but definitely has the leg up on benefits.

    Cons

Like most large multinationals Shell can, at sometimes, move slowly. This is something that's being worked on with the current reorganizations.

    Advice to Management

Continue communicating with staff as often as possible, it's greatly appreciated. Additionally, work on creating the energy that was around a few years back.
