Great customer service, but not much else to say. i have to type in more words to hit the 20 word minimum. Oh, meeting people is usually really awesome.
Corporate dragging their feet and milking their employees by not reimbursing for outrageous miles driven for even small orders. if you don't take the orders that want you to drive 25-30 minutes away from the store (that likely already took you 10 minutes to get to), then your acceptance rate goes down. many orders earlier on do want you to drive out pretty far regardless of the zone you pick. You can go cities out from the city you're shopping at. So, if you get a $6-$8 order (paid to you), and the customer doesn't tip, then you literally can work for $3-$5 an hour. Absolutely horrid and insane. You're at the mercy of tips in this regard, but unlike being a waiter, you have to damage your car in addition to a financial loss in those cases.Continue reading

Great coworkers and inclusive environment. It's easy to become motivated when your manager and teammates are all positive with a drive to improve their work and their team.
After the acquisition by Target, Shipt does not cover a lot team outings as it used to when Shipt was a startup. As a result, the team bonding potential is limited.
