    - The firm invests in considerable software and hardware upgrades.


    - HR and upper/middle management enable bullies - Salaries well below average for market - No opportunity for advancement - The firm does not invest in employees. Employee appreciation efforts are underwhelming. - Benefits are so-so. Much of the cost burden falls on employees. - The firm invests so heavily on diversity but needs to put focus on mutual respect amongst all than meeting numbers. - Training opportunities...

    If you want the firm to survive, focus more on professional staff and Associate Attorney development and less on Partners’ profits.
