    Pros

Product is awesome - defining the Sales Enablement industry Both CEO and President are legends, such the right balance of strategy v commercial rigour Culture - we employ lovely people only. No idiots, no ego's and no mavericks Sensible approach to events, expenses, awards and recognition

    Cons

None to speak of really. Yes, we are in scale-up phase, uber-growth, lots going on, change of direction now and then. Not always an owner for everything, so we roll our sleeves up and get stuck in. This creates a little noise, but it also means we're nimble, agile and flexible to get quality work done! But then we didn't join Showpad to sit and wait for things to come to us (like those who've written negative comments). That's not how we're built. We came to make this happen, grab the bull by the horns and be part of something massive...

    Pros

a world-class product that's always being innovated on sales enablement space is booming so a lot of upside a new leadership team that believes in growth mindset and career progression paths invest in its people and their development

    Cons

minor process issues around automating at scale you would expect for a company at this stage departments are in silos -> these are slowly coming down but visibility should be higher across departments

    Advice to Management

keep buying into your people and investing in impactful and meaningful enablement keep doing the small things to drive culture and attitude change

    Pros

competitive pay generous benefits (no 401k match and unlimited pto, meaning you won't be paid for un-used vacation days0 plenty of free food, beer and wine

    Cons

startup scam and fictitious rocket ship. if you interview with the company, ask them how many executives they fired in the last six months. the company has an experience of firing the whole teams (marketing, sales, sales enablement, you name it ...) in one day non-diverse and non-inclusive. if you aren't belgian, you don't have any chances for growth or promotion. they don't have any career maps. showpad is a transit point - really good people come and go. leadership is very immature with no respect or trust to the US employees
