    Pros

Ability to Travel, Good Salary and Benefits, Nice People, spending money on improving building. Ability to work from home.

    Cons

Big Business Politics, Too Many Systems and restrictions. Takes politics to move into desired position. Hard work isn't paid off very much.

    Advice to Management

Let employees have a say in what they want to work with so they will be more connected to their job.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Siemens full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Exciting global projects with lot of "older" engineers still in most departments to share their knowledge/experiences. Strong ties to volunteering opportunities to support local charities... encourage young girls, boys to enter the engineering field. Opportunity to do a masters part time with Siemens/ management support. They pay ~$5,2K per year.

    Cons

Few females and minorities in top positions. In certain positions too much politics...not the brightest or best employeemoves up...but the person with the best connections.

    Advice to Management

Invest in better managers, and in more females and minorities that reflect the current global market. Also, TOO many managers that have under 5 people reporting to them. Is this neccesary? Create a leaner structure that will allow a faster response time to existing and new customers, etc.
