    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Siemens full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay in relation to industry standard. Good benefits, vacation time, safety culture and teamwork culture

    Cons

Training lacks a bit and management plays favorites if you kiss up to them. You get the tasks that are valuable for learning to do your job better. Not a company for one who needs extensive training.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Siemens as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I got tasked with some very challenging projects that really made me think outside the box and radically develop my skills with Microsoft Excel.

    Cons

As an intern I didn't get to see too much of what the business actually did because I was so busy working on my large project all summer.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to stretch your employees but try to teach them about what the individual business units do, so that they can find ways to add value. That way they will feel like they not only know how the business works but learned enough to make process improvements as opposed to having ad hoc tasks for the duration of their internship.
