    Take the time to actually work with your employees, flatten the organization so that people who know what the work is are the ones doing reviews, and take a hard look at how long it takes to get work bid before it begins.

    Family oriented; lots of chance for scientific growth; No micro-managing; great benefits and insurance; company laptop/cell phones; good bonuses for the most part.

    Sometimes too much restructuring; some managers show little respect to employees; Little opportunity for advancement; cutting back on merit increases and bonuses.

    If you want your employees to be productive, quite talking to them as though they are children and talk to them like they are colleagues and equals.
