Pros

The best company I’ve worked for in a long while. Small but big enough to have good SOP’s in place. Product is one of the best in the industry. Pricing is incredibly fair. Leadership is great. The entire team feels connected. Sierra operates very well remotely and you feel very connected to the company vision and culture.

Cons

I personally have no complaints. Obviously a review with no cons may seem biased, but I reserve cons for true complaints with no interest from the company to alleviate them. Sierra is very collaborative and approaches problems with effort and solutions.

Pros

* Sierra Interactive was transparent - the company goals and vision were always clear * Employees were genuinely excited about the product and company direction * Support system felt great, I always felt like I could be candid in my feedback even straight to the CEO * Even though mostly remote, the team works to make you feel included and valued

Cons

None worth calling out - the company has regular surveys that provide the opportunity to give feedback. Common issues from the team were regularly being addressed.
