- Hands-on learning experience for begginer designers. - Flexibility with time (depending on franchisee).
Cons
- Very high turn over. It's independently owned and operated, you have to be lucky to find a good franchisee to work for. - Increase in demands and responsabilities, no increase in sallary. - They're underprepared and not organized most of the time.
