I worked at Signature Consultants as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Internal employees were extremely friendly. I'm very surprised at how unhappy some of the internal folks were. (I read their reviews.) But I worked at a client site, so I don't know if any of the complaints from the other reviews are true.

    Cons

The rate was $15 an hour less than the going rate. From the other reviews, it sounds like the internal staff isn't happy either. At least one reviewer doesn't think this company will last, and I don't either. And the benefits are substandard.

    Advice to Management

Your consultants should be paid fair rates. And you need to research why so many of your internal employees have put up bad reviews for your company. Especially the sexual harassment allegations. Look, people are your business. If they aren't happy and satisfied, your business will fail. None of this bodes well for this business.

I worked at Signature Consultants full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. free meals and free parking uptown
    2. make best friends who suffer with you every day

    Cons

    1. NO work-life balance, LONG hours, must go out with team or you're not a "culture fit"
    2. pressure to hit impossible numbers or else you are threatened to be fired
    3. high stress environment, cant ever check your own emails or make personal calls
    4. managers tell you to work harder.. and they sit around and slack off and make 3 times as much as you
    5. Not a professional environment, TONS of sexual harassment, women beware
    6. 27 people were either fired or quit in a year and a half after I left..
    7. It's very political. If you're a favorite, you can get away with anything, if not, you won't last long

    Advice to Management

You're not as cool as you think you are
