Pros

Yes you CAN make good money, easy job and you get to see a variety of people. Definitely mentally challenging.

Cons

Favoritism, drugs, hand pick tours, and expect no actual breaks.

    Pros

    It is a fast paced call center which means you will learn quickly. Most people who leave Silverleaf will get a better job at a call center

    Cons

    The place is a big high school. Favoritism and corruption run rampant. It is a sorry place to work for

    You get paid weekly and you get to attend cool events for free

    Cons

    Management lacks leadership, communication, and they don't pay for gas money spent on traveling

    Advice to Management

    Start giving employees an allowance for gas money spent on traveling
