I worked at Singapore Polytechnic for more than a year

    Pros

Working in a school is always refreshing and you feel young. I love the energy and vibes of the students in this poly. Colleagues are also very helpful. Sometimes it is bureaucratic, but I tend to look at this on the bright side.

    Cons

Pace can be faster, and communication between lecturers and departments can be better. The school is big, so I guess miscomm is natural

    Advice to Management

The management is down to earth and friendly. Approachable too, which I appreciate.
